Olive 8 Seattle
We worked with Ambiente Tile to come up with a repair course for improper installation by another contractor. We specified substrate preparation, self leveling cement, saw cuts for pressure relief and tile anti-fracture membranes. This project is still in top shape to this day.
Global Software Developer's Redmond Campus Modernization
17 new buildings were completed in 2023 to modernize this 33 year old campus. We worked for West Coast Flooring and Sellen general contracting to insure the post-tensioned concrete decks were ready to receive floor covering. This insured there would be no flooring failures due to high moisture and keep the project on schedule.
Global Shoe Manufacturer's Flagship Las Vegas location
As a product manufacture, our company developed a self leveling cementitious terrazzo blend with select aggregates for multiple store locations. I provided on-site training with QA/QC for the cement and general contractor for the two story store at the Forum shops at Cesar's Palace.
Multiple projects at SeaTac Airport
From concrete repair and consulting on the parking decks, runways and terminals to flooring specifications. We have been working with the Port of Seattle and their contractors for 25 years.
